What is Fathead Dough? This is a low-carbohydrate alternative keto mixture that uses either almond flour or mozzarella as a substitute for lost gluten, and then produces an outstanding pizza crust.

Ingredients
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
  • First, start by heating the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Use a small bowl, add the cream cheese and mozzarella.
  • Then microwave for 20 seconds until it melts.
  • Use a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add the dry ingredients and stir well.
  • Work the mozzarella / cc mixture into the mixture, after that the mixture will be sticky, then stir the cheddar cheese.
  • Spoon the mixture into a plastic wrap, then clean the top with almond flour.
  • Then fold the plastic wrap over the dough and gently start working into the ball.
  • Then cover and chill for 30 minutes.
  • Cut the dough into 4, roll each part into a ball.
  • Then cut the ball in half.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
