Ingredients
  • 8 oz fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 3 tbsp butter divided

Instructions
  • The first step, start by mixing mushrooms, soy sauce, and garlic.
  • After that, heat 2 tbsp of butter in a skillet, using medium heat.
  • Add mushrooms, cook for 2-3 minutes, until caramel.
  • Add the last 1 tbsp of butter to the pan, add thyme, onion, garlic, then cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add the boiled cauliflower, salt, pepper, and seasonings to taste.
  • Cook for 9-11 minutes until tender, after that add parmesan cheese, cream, mushrooms and parsley.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated and the cheese melts.
  • Drizzle with truffle oil, serve on the table.
