  • 3-4 tbsp milk or water
Instructions
  • Start by warming the oven to 350 degrees, then coat the baking sheet with parchment paper, or use cooking spray.
  • Next, use a large bowl, add soft butter, pumpkin, oil, powdered sugar, granulated sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  • After that, use a blender, until smooth.
  • Next, add the flour, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, baking soda, cinnamon, tartar cream, cloves and salt.
  • Next, mix together at a low speed, increase speed as needed, until everything is combined and mixed well.
  • To form a cake, take about 2 tablespoons of dough and roll it into a ball, place 12 balls of dough per sheet of cake.
  • Dip the bottom of the glass into granulated sugar, and press down on each dough ball.
  • Then, bake for 8-9 minutes, chill the cookies on the cookie sheet for 1-2 minutes, before adding glaze. You want them to still be warm so the glaze softens when it hits the cookie.
  • To make the glaze combine all the ingredients into a bowl and stir them together, then, use more or more milk depending on how thick the icing you want.
  • After that, apply to each cookie and let stand for several minutes until it hardens.
