  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
  • Use a large skillet, then heat the oil and season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chicken is cooked.
  • Add red pepper and pineapple to the pan, cook 4-5 minutes, add the ginger and garlic, then cook for 30 seconds.
  • Use a small bowl, mix the pineapple juice, soy sauce, chicken broth, hoisin sauce and brown sugar.
  • Add the sauce mixture to the pan and boil.
  • Mix the cornmeal with 1 tablespoon of cold water, then stir until smooth, put the cornmeal mixture in the pan, mix well.
  • Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute until the sauce thick.
  • Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds and serve in the canteens.
