- 4 cups egg noodles
- 1/4 cup non-fat plain yogurt

- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large yellow onion, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 8- ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
