To make this dessert, you need 2 Milk Chocolate cut into several square pieces, each chocolate bar will have 12 squares. Next, you need marshmallows, always use large marshmallows, this will make the cookie into more chunks.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tspn baking soda
  • 1/4 tspn salt
  • 12 large marshmallows (Cut in half)
  • 2 chocolate bars
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tspn vanilla extract
Instructions
  • Start by heating the oven to 350 degrees, then spray the Muffin Pans with cooking spray.
  • Use a small bowl, mix several ingredients, such as, baking soda, flour, graham crumbs crackers, and salt. Stir using a wire whisk, then set aside.
  • Take a larger bowl, use an electric mixer, mix brown sugar, butter, and sugar until they blend, don't forget to add eggs and vanilla extract.
  • Dump dry ingredients into a bowl, mix using low speed.
  • Next, put the mixture into a muffin can, fill and press a little until the dough becomes slightly flat, you can fill up to 20-24 muffins.
  • Bake for 8 minutes.
  • After baking, take a spoon, and press into the dough, this will create a curve in the dough, so that you can add marshmallows.
  • Next, put half a marshmallow into each curve, and let it cool for 20 minutes.
  • Place 1 chocolate box on top of the marshmallow, and change the oven to high temperature.
  • Broiler for 1-2 minutes.
  • When it's done, leave it for 10 minutes and serve it on the table.
