  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 packet Au Jus seasoning mix, separated
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
  • Start heating the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Next, apply butter on the bottom of the pan.
  • Next, cut the roll package in half, place the bottom half of the roll in a baking sheet, then sprinkle with 6 slices of provolone, french fried onions, roast beef, and the remaining 6 slices of cheese.
  • Next, use a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave, mix 1 spoonful of au juice mixture, worcestershire sauce, sesame seeds, minced garlic, dry, onion powder and a pinch of salt. After that, shake until evenly mixed.
  • Cover the rolls evenly, and make sure all bread is fully coated.
  • Then, bake the slider open until the cheese has melted and the top is golden brown for 15-20 minutes.
  • After that, lift and cut the slider with a sharp knife.
  • When slider baking, take the remaining au juice mixture, then place it in a small saucepan over medium heat, then add 2 cups of cold water and shake, then boil and then reduce the heat to a boil, serve with a sandwich.
