Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp salted butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tspn granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tspn salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (I use colby-jack)
  • 1 cup of French's fried onions
  • 1/4 tspn pepper
  • 1 tbspn dried minced onion
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 can french-style green beans (drained well)
Instructions
  • First, start by heating the oven to 350 degrees, after that spray the casserole plate using cooking spray, then set aside.
  • Next, melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, after melting, add salt, flour, pepper and sugar. Stir with a shake for 1 minute, stirring constantly to keep it from burning.
  • Next, release the fire and add sour cream, dry chopped onion, then stir until evenly mixed.
  • Add green beans, cheese and fried onions, stir together and pour into the prepared pan, sprinkle the remaining cheese and sprinkle with the remaining fried onions, bake for 25-30 minutes.
