Ground Beef Queso Chili is a delightful dinner, this classic dish loaded with tomatoes, beef, tender pasta, and pinto beans.

This dish uses beef which is very delicious, I really like the dish that uses the basic ingredients of beef, I think the dish has an amazing taste. And one of my favorite dishes is the Chilean Ground Beef Queso. This is a very tasty classic dish, using ground beef and Homemade Queso sauce.

This is a classic ground beef chili dish with homemade queso sauce and spiral pasta noodles, all prepared in a very short time. What is needed to make this dish?

Ground Beef Queso Chile

You need lean ground beef, thick tomato soup, onions, for onions, you can use any type of onion, even though garlic, you can use the onion. Next you need Petite Diced Tomatoes, Beef Broth, Pinto Beans, and Cheddar Cheese.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/4 tspn pepper
  • 2 cans of beef broth
  • 1 tspn garlic powder
  • 1/2 tspn dried oregano
  • 2 cups dry rotini pasta noodles
  • 2 cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 4 tspn chile powder
  • 1 tspn cumin
  • 1 onion finely diced
  • 1 tspn salt
Queso Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
For Serving
  • Fritos corn chips
  • sour cream
  • shredded cheese
Instructions
  • First, start by heating the olive oil, use a large saucepan, and use medium heat.
  • Next, add the onions, beef, salt and pepper. Next, cook and crumble until the beef is browned.
  • Then, add pinto beans, meat broth, diced tomatoes, tomato soup, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder and oregano, then stir and simmer.
  • After boiling, add the dried rotini paste and let it cook for 10-12 minutes.
  • While the pasta is cooking, make homemade queso sauce, then in a saucepan, use medium-high heat, then melt the butter.
  • After the melted butter, add flour and salt, then stir and shake for 1 minute, slowly add milk, and simmer.
  • Always stir, so that it doesn't burn, stirring for 5-8 minutes.
  • After thickening, add the grated cheese and stir until smooth, pour the queso into the chili and let it cook all together for 5-10 minutes.
  • Serve with avocado slices.
