Ingredients
  • 2 tbspns extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 pounds ground chicken
  • 1 white onion diced
  • 3 stalks celery (sliced)
  • 3 cups of mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 15 ounces can diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo Hot Wing Sauce
  • 1/3 cup of salted butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 tspn salt
  • 1/4 tspn black pepper
  • 1 pound of lasagna pasta sheets
Instructions
  • First, start by heating the olive oil, use a large skillet, and use medium-high heat.
  • Cook ground chicken, onions and celery, for 7-10 minutes. Stir in the diced tomatoes, Buffalo Sauce, then season with salt and pepper, reduce the temperature to low, and simmer.
  • Next, melt the butter in a medium saucepan, use low heat. Beat the flour.
  • Increase the heat to medium, then shake the milk, continue beating, then bring to a boil, when the mixture has begun to heat, it will thicken, after thick, lift and season with pepper and salt.
  • Don't forget to place the bechamel sauce at the bottom of the pan, heat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • To compile, apply 1 cup of daing sauce to the bottom of the prepared pan, add 4 noodles on top, apply 1/3 white sauce, then sprinkle 1/4 mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Spoon 1 1/2 cups of meat sauce over mozzarella, repeat with the next layer.
  • To finish, put the last layer of pasta with 1 cup of meat sauce, then sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella, and don't forget to add blue cheese on top, cover loosely with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, after that, remove aluminum foil, and bake again for 25 minutes.
