Keto Mongolian Beef Recipe

Mongolian beef, is a Chinese-American dish that you must try. This dish has the best Asian flavor ever, doesn't need much time, and has an amazing taste.

Previously, I have already given Bulgogi Beef recipe, still about Asian recipe, Mongolian Beef is one of the dishes that you must try. This dish is very easy to make and doesn't need a lot of ingredients. If you are not out of the house, you can make this using the ingredients in your hand. Although there are some ingredients that you have to buy at the supermarket, you can buy them easily.

I love this recipe, this is a recipe that has an Asian flavor, although Mongolian Beef is not an original Mongolian dish, but it is still delicious. When you visit a Taiwanese restaurant, you will find Mongolian beef, or, if you visit an Asian restaurant in America, you will find this dish. But, due to conditions that do not allow, you can make it yourself at home.

You can have Mongolian beef keto very easily, using juicy beef, combined with delicious Asian spices.

Mongolian Beef Recipe

There are several versions of this recipe, the first using the slow cooker, and the second using the frying pan. It's all the same, but I prefer to use Slow Cooker, because I don't want to keep busy in the kitchen.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lb. Flank steak
  • 2 tablespoon gelatin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of Coconut aminos
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend / honey
  • 1 tablespoon of Blackstrap molasses
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon Sea salt
Instructions
  • First, start by thinly slicing the steak.
  • Next use a large bowl, stir the steak with gelatin powder.
  • Put the steak into the slow cooker.
  • Next, use a small bowl, shake the minced garlic, coconut aminos, sweetener, sesame oil, sugar syrup, ginger powder, pepper and salt.
  • Then, pour the sauce over the steak in a slow cooker, stirring until evenly distributed.
  • Cover and cook for 5-6 hours using low temperature.
  • Serve on the table.
