Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 15 oz canned white navy beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 14.5 oz can fire roasted tomatoes (drained)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 tspn dried cilantro
  • 1/4 tspn salt
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • Blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 1 pc of ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels
  • 1/2 tspn onion powder
  • 1/2 tspn garlic powder
  • 1/2 tspn celery salt
Instructions
  • First, start by cooking ground chicken until browned until fully cooked, then put it in the crockpot.
  • Next, put all the ingredients, except the cream cheese and blue cheese, after that stir everything to combine.
  • Don't forget to add cream cheese at the top, then cover.
  • Cook using high temperature for 4 hours.
  • Stir to add cream cheese, add additional buffalo sauce if desired.
