Ingredients
  • 6 English muffins cut into 1/2 inches
  • 2 packages Canadian bacon (small pieces)
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh asparagus (optionals)
  • 5 slices baby swiss cheese (cut into thin)
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 2 packets of hollandaise sauce mix,
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 3/4 tspn salt
  • 1/2 tspn pepper
  • 1/2 tspn onion powder
  • 1/2 tspn paprika
Instructions
  • Spread the pan using cooking spray.
  • Spread half the English muffin cubes on the bottom of the baking sheet.
  • Next, sprinkle half of the Canadian bacon and asparagus on top.
  • Don't forget to spread the Swiss cheese on top.
  • Next, use a medium bowl, shake milk, eggs, pepper, salt, garlic powder and paprika.
  • After that, pour evenly on a casserole plate, cover and chill overnight.
  • Start heating the oven to 350 degrees.
  • After that, roast for 40 minutes.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and green onions on top, bake open for 10 minutes.
  • When it's done, serve it on the table with hollandaise sauce.
