Ingredients
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup of red bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup of mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayo
Instructions
  • First, start by heating the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Next, seasoning chicken breast with pepper, salt, paprika, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Make a slice in the middle of the chicken breast.
  • For stuffing, place the broccoli on a microwaveable dish, add about 2 tablespoons of water.
  • Cover with plastic wrap, microwave for 1 minute.
  • For additional, add paprika, cheese, mayo and the remaining garlic pwder, then add pepper and salt to taste. Stir until evenly mixed.
  • Then put the mixture into the chicken breast, lock it using a toothpick.
  • After that, heat the pan, use medium heat, add olive oil, roast the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Cover the pan with aluminum foil, bake in the oven for 15-17 minutes, if done, leave it for a while, serve on the table.
