Ingredients
  • 1 tbspn Butter
  • 1 tbspn Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • 3 tbspns Capers drained
  • 1/2 cup Cooking Cream
  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 1 tspn Salt
  • 1/2 tspn Pepper
  • 1/2 tspn minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
Instructions
  • First, seasoning salmon with pepper and salt.
  • Next, heat the olive oil and butter in a frying pan, put the salmon fillets down, cook each side for 4-5 minutes, when done, remove from the pan.
  • Add the garlic to the pan, cook for a while, then add the chicken stock and bring to a boil.
  • Boil for 5-6 minutes, mix lemon juice and capers.
  • Add the cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Add salmon fillets to the pan, seasoning with pepper and salt if needed.
  • Serve on the table.
