- 1 tbspn Butter
- 1 tbspn Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 Lemon Juice
- 3 tbspns Capers drained
- 1/2 cup Cooking Cream
- 4 Salmon Fillets
- 1 tspn Salt
- 1/2 tspn Pepper
- 1/2 tspn minced garlic
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- First, seasoning salmon with pepper and salt.
- Next, heat the olive oil and butter in a frying pan, put the salmon fillets down, cook each side for 4-5 minutes, when done, remove from the pan.
- Add the garlic to the pan, cook for a while, then add the chicken stock and bring to a boil.
- Boil for 5-6 minutes, mix lemon juice and capers.
- Add the cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
