Ingredients
  • 3 tbspns soy sauce
  • 1 tbspns sesame oil
  • 1/2 tspn ginger powder
  • 1/2 tspn white pepper
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbspns olive oil
  • 1 pound medium shrimp
  • salt and black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 2 carrots, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
Instructions
  • First, use a small bowl, shake sesame oil, ginger powder, soy sauce, and white pepper.
  • Next, heat the olive oil, use a large skillet and medium heat.
  • Add shrimp, cook for 2 minutes, seasoning with pepper and salt.
  • Next, add the garlic and onions to the pan, then cook, stirring frequently, for 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in the corn, carrots and peas, then cook until cooked for about 3 minutes.
  • Add rice, soy sauce mixture, and green onions, cook for 2 minutes. Serve on the table.
